A: The Law Firm of Perez, Perez & Perez, P.C. assesses FLAT FEES for the services we render to our clients. All of our fees are explained to potential clients during a thorough consultation with one of the attorneys at Perez, Perez & Perez, P.C. We conveniently accept all major credit cards in an effort to provide our clients with multiple forms of payment.
2. If I hire Perez, Perez & Perez, P.C. to handle my immigration legal matter, which attorney will handle my case?
A: Perez, Perez & Perez, P.C. is comprised of three experienced immigration attorneys in the father and sons team of John D. Perez, John J. Perez and Bryan J. Perez. Each attorney manages different departments within the firm, and the attorney in charge of your case will depend on what kind of immigration matter you’re dealing with. Keep in mind, however, that you will always have access to an attorney regardless of which attorney is handling your matter. In addition, Perez, Perez & Perez, P.C. never uses “per diem” lawyers to appear on your behalf at a master calendar hearing, individual hearing, or administrative hearing before the USCIS. We take pride in making sure that our family of lawyers is always available to help your family achieve your immigration goals.

5. What are the office hours for Perez, Perez & Perez, P.C.?
A: Our Newark, NJ office hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. We offer extended hours on Thursday nights in an effort to provide our current and potential clients with an opportunity to meet with an attorney after regular business hours. Our attorneys can be contacted via email at any time of day, including weekends, and they will make their best effort to immediately reply to an emergency situation.
6. If I don’t have a car to travel to the offices of Perez, Perez & Perez, P.C., can I still schedule a consultation?
A: Yes, as our Newark, NJ office is conveniently located to several forms of mass transit. We are walking distance from Newark/Penn Train Station, and several bus lines run directly across from our office building.
